Hi everyone,
This is something I’ve been wondering about for local service businesses (like plumbers, electricians, home services, etc.).
Most customers just pick up the phone and call directly — they don’t fill out long forms. But what happens when:
- Calls go unanswered?
- There’s no record of missed calls?
- You don’t know which ad brought that customer?
That’s basically lost revenue, right?
I feel like inbound call tracking tools (like CallAtlas) can really help here — especially with features like call routing, missed call alerts, and call recordings.
It’s not just about tracking, but also improving how calls are handled.
