In pay per call campaigns, every missed call is basically lost money. But a lot of advertisers and affiliates still struggle with handling peak call volumes.
If calls aren’t routed properly or agents aren’t available, potential conversions just disappear.
Some things I’ve been thinking about:
- Do you have a backup routing system?
- Are calls being redirected based on availability?
- Are you tracking missed vs answered calls?
How are you minimizing missed calls in your campaigns?
