Are healthcare campaigns one of the most profitable niches for pay-per-call marketer?
I’ve been researching different niches in pay-per-call marketing, and healthcare keeps coming up as one of the most interesting ones.
Unlike many other industries, patients often prefer calling directly instead of filling out long forms—especially for things like urgent care, dental services, rehab centers, insurance verification, or appointment booking.
Because of this, phone calls in healthcare usually come from people who already have strong intent. That means the chances of conversion can be higher compared to regular online leads.
But I’m curious about the real experience from people running campaigns.
- Are healthcare campaigns actually profitable for pay-per-call affiliates?
- Which areas work best (dental, rehab, insurance, telehealth, etc.)?
- Do call durations and payouts justify the ad costs?
Would love to hear from people who are currently running healthcare pay-per-call campaigns or have tested this niche. Is it worth focusing on compared to other verticals?
